Excellence in Data Center Build

Building for High-Performance

At Khazna, we build data centers with purpose - creating physical facilities that exceed the highest standards of quality for security, health and safety. Our builds integrate deep technical knowledge with innovative approaches to create advanced data centers with limited environmental footprints.

What Makes Our Build Approach Different

  • Modular:

Our modular design and construction strategy reduces energy consumption, water and waste during construction of our facilities, allowing for fast deployment and future growth.

  • Sustainable:

Recycling 80% of construction waste and reducing landfill contributions. Our award-winning facilities such as AUH6 and DXB2, among others in the portfolio, have been LEED Gold certified for sustainable construction.

  • Safety Excellence:

9 million construction working hours last year without a single lost-time injury.

Next-Generation Data Centers

Our building approach focuses on constructing advanced infrastructure that powers the AI revolution as it unfolds. We’re not chasing the AI wave – we’re the foundation sustaining it.

Built for High-Performance Computing

Our flexible data centers are designed to accommodate both cloud workloads and the high-density computing demands necessary for AI-powered applications of the future.

Built With Ethical Responsibility

Khazna Data Centers is always focused on building sustainably. Our most recent facilities are constructed to LEED Gold standards, a dedication to environmentally friendly construction and operation.

Waste Management: Our Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plans ensure 80% of construction waste is recycled or salvaged.

Energy-Efficient Facilities: We are growing our network of data centers with buildings constructed to LEED standards, utilizing technologies such as adiabatic free cooling and liquid-to-liquid cooling solutions to enhance efficiency.

Renewable Energy Integration: Our AUH6 facility has 7MW of energy that’s solar generated. We aim to boost solar generation across all AUH facilities, and our future data centers in are being designed to be powered by 100% clean energy.
